PROCEDURES:

What parents/guardians should do if their child needs clothing assistance:

1. Obtain a clothing card for each child needing clothing from the school they are attending.  The card can be obtained from the school secretary and must be completed by someone in their child’s school secretary or principal.

2. Call the Clothing Center on a Tuesday to schedule an appointment.  Appointments are scheduled on a first come, first serve basis and appointments do fill fast.  The Center starts taking calls at 8:00 a.m.  Once slots for the week are filled, an answering will provide information on scheduling the next week.  The staff allows 20 minutes per child

3. Bring completed clothing card(s) and some form of identification to your appointment.
