Memorial Scholarship Funds


KCC PTA awards at least four monetary scholarships to graduating seniors pursuing post-secondary education and/or training.
The scholarships are given in honor of:


Mrs. Alice B. Deeds – President of Knox County Council from 1968 to 1970.

Dr. Paul Kelley – Long time Knox County Schools educator and administrator who demonstrated a passion for all children and youth especially those faced with seemingly insurmountable odds.

Mr. Bill Williams – WBIR Anchor Emeritus and long time KCC PTA Honorary Membership Chair.

Ms. Diane Jablonski – Lifetime leader and advocate for Knox County Students through many levels of PTA and former Knox County Board of Education representative.

All scholarships are awarded based on academic achievement and financial need. Scholarship recipients will be presented at the annual Student Awards Celebration.

All scholarship applications are due to Knox County Council PTA on or before January 10, 2020. 




Scholarship donations are accepted until the February General Meeting.
