KCC PTA Reflections Inventory Form – This form is to be sent with your entries for the Knox County Council PTA Reflections Contest. Each local unit may submit three entries for each division from each of the six categories and the special artist division.
Instructions on Filling Out Student Entry Forms
TN PTA Local Unit Inventory Form – This form is your school entry inventory you use to submit your winners to State competition. Because not all units in Tennessee belong to a council, Tennessee PTA accepts entries directly from local units. When submitting to the state, any entries being submitted by Knox County Council do not count against your total entries being submitted. However, you may not submit an entry from an artist in any category in which the artist is being entered by KCC PTA (only one entry per student per category may go to Tennessee PTA). You may submit five (5) entries per category to Tennessee PTA.
Continuing this year is a special artist division for students with disabilities as defined under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
To enhance your Reflections program resources, you may apply for a grant through TNPTA Arts Enhancement Grant Application Grant applications are accepted anytime of the year.
